Precision Homes’ Beulah Park project exemplifies bespoke craftsmanship and innovative design, earning multiple accolades including the 2023 HIA South Australian Custom Built Home $1.5–$2M award, the 2023 HIA South Australian Townhouse/Villa of the Year, and a finalist position in the 2024 HIA-CSR Australian Housing Awards for Townhouse/Villa of the Year. Designed for a family of five, the multi-split-level layout spans five levels, carefully balancing luxury, style, and practicality to suit modern family life.

The home’s journey begins with a formal living room off the entry, featuring an integrated home office and setting the tone for the layered layout. Elegant staircases lead to distinct zones, including family spaces, recreation areas, sleeping quarters, and entertainment zones. The uppermost floor hosts three bedrooms, a shared family bathroom with laundry chute, and a private living area with kitchenette and TV. On the main floor, the master suite and open-plan kitchen-living area flow seamlessly to an outdoor entertaining space, complete with pool, waterfall, pizza oven, alfresco kitchen, and a private rear garden.

The cellar level offers a dedicated sanctuary for leisure and relaxation, including a study and entertainment room, wellness retreat with gym and sauna, luxurious wine cellar, and home theatre with simulated night sky. Interiors showcase a harmonious blend of beige, latte, pale grey, oak, walnut, and black tones, with deep autumnal stone veining and rich timbers contrasted against moody greys and exposed concrete. More than a display of luxury, this Beulah Park residence celebrates family living, encouraging togetherness while delivering modern conveniences in a thoughtfully designed, engaging home.
