Inspired by Precision Homes’ display home, The One, the homeowners sought to capture its single-level layout, aesthetic, and connection to nature while working with a significantly sloped site. Precision Homes developed an innovative design that retained the single-level living zones while maximising views over the hills and surrounding mature gum trees. From the moment you enter, the home impresses with its grand proportions and thoughtful orientation, creating a tranquil hub in the formal lounge and master suite, away from the busy family zones.
The floorplan allows the kitchen, dining, and family living areas to take full advantage of natural light and garden views through oversized dual-aspect windows. A dedicated children’s wing, complete with a luxurious bathroom featuring a skylight above a double shower, balances functionality and privacy. Outdoor living is seamlessly incorporated with alfresco dining, a large pool and spa, a kids’ play area, and a vegetable garden, maximising the use of every square metre while maintaining a generous backyard.
Additional rooms are cleverly positioned on upper and lower levels to reduce the home’s footprint and accommodate the slope. The lower level includes a wine room, home theatre, moody powder room, garage, and workshop, while the upper level houses a guest suite with dual-aspect views and a quiet study. Finishes throughout harmoniously blend warm timber, natural stone, concrete, and metal-look joinery, complemented by abundant storage. This home has been designed to evolve with the family, offering elegance, practicality, and long-term enjoyment for years to come.
