In the heart of Linden Park, this single-storey residence is more than a home – it’s a place designed to nurture family connection, honour cultural values, and embrace everyday living. Created for Michael and Alina, who relocated from Malaysia with their three children, the design reflects their desire for warmth, openness, and shared moments of joy.
Working closely with Managing Director William Moukachar, the family transitioned from an initial two-storey concept to a spacious single-level design. This choice made the most of the block, allowing greater flexibility for resort-style features and luxurious finishes, while ensuring the home remained comfortable and practical for day-to-day life. The result is a meticulously crafted home that balances elegance with effortless functionality.
From the skylit entry to the landscaped courtyards and pool beyond, natural light and flowing spaces define the experience of this home. An open-plan kitchen, dining, and living zone forms its vibrant heart, while thoughtful spatial planning gives every family member both connection and independence. From Alina’s dream kitchen to the tranquil master suite and dedicated teenage retreat, every detail has been tailored to create a home of beauty, comfort, and belonging.
