This bespoke two-storey residence in St Georges was designed in-house by the Precision Homes team, balancing architectural presence with complex site constraints. Featuring a striking Alucobond wrap-around façade, the home comprises five generous bedrooms, each with a dedicated ensuite. Carefully designed voids enhance natural light and create a luxurious sense of openness throughout, supported by a lift for future-proofed living.
The ground floor showcases large-format tiles, a substantial butler’s pantry and a bright, airy palette layered with rich dark timber and black accents. In-slab heating and extensive solar panels deliver comfort and efficiency year-round. Outdoors, a refined water feature cascades directly into the pool, elevating the entertaining space. Significant planning challenges — including mature trees, a sloping site and overlooking considerations — were thoughtfully resolved to achieve a refined, high-end outcome.
